The mission of folk singer Joshua Greenberg’s Wild Gift project – This Land is Our Land – is to express people’s history and struggle through song-stories that inspire listeners to become aware of and be active in social and environmental justice. In partnership with community action groups and individuals in the eastern United States, Joshua created ‘This Land’, an Environmental Justice Folk Recording. On Joshua’s website you can listen to all of the songs and interviews, as well as read the lyrics and background information. Joshua performs the material from the CD while offering reflections on the project and environmental justice issues.
