It is the mission of Brian’s Wild Gift Project – Entegra Development & Investment LLC – to lead the field of environmentally sustainable development in the market sector of small-to-medium scale residential and mixed-use construction by 2015. Armed with an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, Brian created a profitable real estate firm dedicated to community development, sustainable design, and environmental stewardship. By employing green design practices, Brian hopes to reshape the way real estate development is conducted, one project at a time. Entegra is currently engaged as consultants in three major commercial construction projects in New England totaling nearly 380,000 square feet of space. These projects are registered with the USGBC’s LEED Certification program and are expected to obtain Silver ratings. Once completed, the projects will touch the lives of nearly 1,200 office workers and their guests, will save over one-half million gallons of water annually, and will result in a 20-35% reduction in energy use. As developers, Entegra is pursuing a series of residential and commercial redevelopment projects in Massachusetts, all with a focus on energy reductions and sustainable construction. Brian is actively seeking equity investors for these projects with a target cash-on-return of 25-35%, and IRR’s of 12-25%.
