Entegra, along with partners The Manzo Company and Tambone Investments, recently closed on the acquisition of over 1.15 million square feet of office and industrial space in Massachusetts.  The portfolio acquisition was the result of 7 months of effort by the team to review, underwrite, and finance these unique properties.  The portfolio encompasses four separate locations: Station Mills at 55 West Street, Walpole, MA; 656 & 761 Joseph Warner Boulevard, Taunton, MA; and 455 Somerset Avenue, North Dighton, MA.

The team is currently coordinating all management and leasing efforts for these buildings.  However, plans are underway to research redevelopment opportunities at the Station Mills Complex that will support Entegra's focus on energy-efficient, town center in-fill, transportation-based redevelopment projects.

An official press release will be issued soon.  In the mean time, please contact Brian Salazar directly at 617-605-1922 or bsalazar@entegra-re.com to find out how you can get involved in this, or other, development and investment opportunities.  Entegra is seeking both private sponsor and institutional equity partners for additional deals in Massachusetts and throughout New England.
